Have a 2006 Sienna, bought in 12/2006. In 2010 took it to service center for AC being warm. They refilled fluid and put dye in and said to use it and then if there is leak that dye would help show where it was. This was towards the end of summer so probably wasn't best time to check whether AC was or wasn't working. Anyway, the next year the AC was warm again. Toyota service expected compressor issue or similar, but what they found was that all the rear AC lines were corroded. They had to tear out interior to access the lines and replace them all. Not under warranty.
Obviously this is something that shouldn't happen to a newer car...they said that they had never seen anything like it before. Between this experience and an engine oil sludge major issue with an older Camry, I am going back to domestics. Toyota's brand is not what it once was.
