When we turn on the AC & Heat only air comes out the top vents. It no longer comes out of the bottom vents. We hear a clicking sound as though it is trying to engage. This is defective and it should be recalled. This vehicle is in excellent shape except for this problem. We believe there should be a recall and have this problem fixed!
