The contact owns 2005 Toyota Sienna. The contact stated that the driver's seat belt would not retract from the pretensioner, causing the seat belt to become tangled. The contact was unable to utilize the seat belt due to the failure. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the dealer was able to untangle the seat belt. The dealer advised the contact that they were unable to determine a remedy for the failure. The failure mileage was 88,000. Updated 6/15/12
