I was told the disc wasn't reading because it must have a scratch or maybe I would just need a new system. They don't really seem to know much. Try this and see if it helps if not they we will try something else!! Months later (right after a service) my backup camera quit working and they said it was related to the navigation system not working. None of this is adding up. It seems odd that after five years I would need to replace the whole system ($4000.) What a piece of garbage! Does anyone have any suggestions? Why can't they fix it without replacing? The camera was working before my 90000 mile service and water pump replacement.....thx
