I had my car in the shop so much that a Toyota rep came to the dealer and told me that I wasn't used to driving a van. The internet is full of the same complaints if hesitation problems! My car feels like it wants to take off UNSAFE. Toyota is taking no responsibility of the problem as they say nothing is wrong with the vehicle. It is still on going.
Update from Nov 11, 2011: I had a Toyota Rep review my 2004 Sienna Van and was told the hesitation problem was because I was not use to driving a new vehicle. He also stated that the hesitation was normal, This was back in 2005. Now my Sienna is hesitating so hard that I am ready to junk it! I will NEVER buy another TOYOTA product again! My next step is Micheal Finny News I hope he will investigate if my van is even safe to drive. Look up the WHISTLE BLOWER ON THE INTERNET and you will see how Toyota is being sued for covering up defects, check it out.
