problem #2

Sienna Limited 3.3L V6

Power seat twisted in track then failed to move. Did some research and this appears to be a design issue with several Toyota power seats. Wouldn't be so bad except the fix is over $1000 !!!!! because is it sold as a whole unit. Ended up getting a used MANUAL seat (had to lose the leather and go to cloth) but that was about $150 - $200 and it won't fail again.

The electric seat adjuster to move the seat forward and back quit. What is MOST annoying is that there is no reference to it in Haynes or Chiltons and the dealer cannot tell me (or won't) where the fuse is that controls this circuit. Toyota cannot be so greedy that they cannot risk losing the business of changing a fuse. I really need to know the location of the fuse that allows the forward - reverse seat position to operate.
