SP40 A-S, P205/70R15, dot unknown, original equipment on a 1999, Toyota, Sienna with 22000 miles, tire had a slow leak, consumer had it repaired, the same day after vehicle had been parked for 3 hours, right rear tire explode, bead was broken and there was a 4 inch cut. Consumer has had three tires experienced separation within the past few years, a service person examined the tire with the bead failure and stated that the tire had been damaged while being repaired on and that the bead was not defective.

Left front tire is showing steel belts all around rubber. This causes steering to shake while driving. Tire looks like its been recapped. Had not taken to retailer. Firestone FR6680 P205/70R15 with 32,000 miles.
Consumer experienced a tire blow out (Firestone O.E.), however was denied reimbursement from manufacturer because the tires he has are not included in the voluntary safety recall.
Consumer was traveling at a low speed and steering wheel was bumping and vibrating. On three tires treadwas separated. Tires were Firestone FR680, and tire size P205/70R15 95S M/F.
