I cannot believe that this is not a warranty issue considering my brake linings are at 11 and new they are 13. This is clearly a defective rotor issue, replace rotors since only 23000 miles and no towing done. My front brakes vibrate and I have never towed another vehicle or overloaded this vehicle. My previous Toyota did not have this issue and I had over 100,000 miles on it.
This is my 12th Toyota and never had this problem. I will seriously consider Honda or other manufacturers before purchasing a Toyota again. I am completely disappointed in the service and failure to recognize the defective part issue by my local new dealership! The previous dealership owner recognized if there was a defective part and corrected it.
