I purchased this car used and noticed that the lights didn't even hit the road so I figured it would be an easy fix that anyone with some tools could handle. Once I was paying more attention to the lights I noticed they would flicker and turn off randomly. Sometimes the right and sometimes the left light would turn off. I took the car to a mechanic to adjust the direction they were pointed so I could see the road. While there were dials to adjust them, the lights didn't adjust at all. I looked into it more and found out that this year has Auto Adjusting lights and the car needed to be taken to the dealership. I call a dealership and find out the bill to fix this could run up to $1,800 dollars and shouldn't be less than $400. Extremely disappointed, I do some more research and find out there was a settlement with 220,000 prius owners who were helped out. Can anyone help me get this fixed without paying a ridiculous amount of money?
