11/02/2011, plastic rear hatch outside door handle broke. I am unable to open the hatch. Dealer said it may take up to 2 hrs. To fix @ $105/hr. Plus parts. Advised dealer of others who have had same problem & was advised there is not a recall. I emailed complaint to Toyota, but to date, have not received reply.
