The contact owns a 2006 Toyota Sequoia. While tightening the lug nuts to the post during a tire rotation, the post failed. One other posts failed due to hydrogen embrittlement. The other two posts were close fracturing, but stop tightening to prevent fracture. Later. The manufacturer stated that they would replace all 24 posts.
