Cargo mat, despite not placing a lot weight (three cases of bottled water), bent in middle of the trunk. Just one more case of bottled water, it could have broken the cargo area floor and the contents could have crashed onto the spare tire. This is awful, the cargo mat is too weak. Also, the manual does not specify maximum weight to keep in the trunk.
Toyota must recall Rav4 Hybrid 2020 to place a better cargo floor.
Too annoyed and unhappy about what a lemon I got in the trunk. It does not match the Toyota quality guarantee. Not up to the reputation of Toyota brand. I am very angry about it.
