TT: This condition is currently under investigation. Applicable vehicles are those with one or both DTC's listed and / or static or distortion heard while listening to AM Radio stations when in gears other than Park (P). Please confirm the condition of the Y6 Rear MGR cable connector and the presence of debris and / or corrosion within the connector. If the vehicle meets these conditions, please inspect the inside of the Y6 connector for the conditions listed in this Tech Tip. Please create a TAS Case and contact TAS for further instructions prior to diagnosis or repair. Take photos of all areas as directed by TAS and attach them to the TAS Case for further review.
If it is a weekend or a holiday, continue with diagnosis and repair. Please save all parts/ or details and contact TAS on the next available workday.
