When we purchased our vehicle, we were promised and paid for a trailer hitch so that we could haul our small trailer. The car that we ended up buying did not have a hitch but we were told that they would have one installed within a few days. After about 4 months, and after numerous trips to the dealership, we finally received a hitch. It was neither the style that we were promised nor the quality. The one that we were promised was the sort that fits into the bumper and the one that we received hangs below the bumper. Similar to UHaul hitches. It works for us but it still pisses me off.
