Radar cruise control ON. Especially on highway speed like 65 mph, if the vehicle in front you either follows lines or happen to be on the highway... My RAV4 just slows down & follow it. When you realized the front vehicle is doing less than the post speed limit, then you had to press gas pedal hard again to reach speed limit or pass. My RAV4 give no warning that the front vehicle is too slow on road... etc.
For most of my situations, regular cruise controller is the best use.
Wish Toyota would give you the option to use regular or radar cruise control.
If radar cruise control is ON... my 2019 Rav4 brakes & sometime come into complete stop when the vehicle in front vehicle does a right turn or departs or merges into right lane. It happen from 25 to 100 feet in front of my vehicle from a speed of 25 to 70, every time.
I think maybe my vehicle camera is misaligned or the sensors in front were faultily installed.
It hasn't happen on the left side due to vehicle doing a left turn.
Have not complained into the Toyota dealership yet.
