Blue paint on my Rav4 Hybrid is cracking and peeling in several areas on the hood and fender. You can see cracks as if the paint never adhered correctly and is delaminating. There are a couple of spots on the hood that are bare aluminum, about the size of a quarter. Took it to Toyota and they told me I must've spilled chemicals on it. There haven't been any chemicals (like brake fluid) around my car, so it would've only been when servicing at the dealer. Regardless, the cracks on the fender are consistent with delamination, not a chemical peel.
