While driving on the freeway, out in the open all of a sudden the moon roof exploded, I immediately pulled over looked around the car & could not find anything, then looked on top & saw the busted up & cracked glass of the moon roof, did not see any evidence of an impact on the moon roof or any part of the top of the car, & as an inspector by trade. I really looked at this area closely, then we turned it into the dealer for a prescheduled service appointment & had them look at it & turned in a claim to our auto insurance, we then received notice that this is an ongoing issue with RAV4s, called Toyota headquarters, spoke with an agent there, who denies any recalls or ongoing problems. Then the dealer investigation denied any factory defect, so they won’t warranty it !!!!
