Sales Staff advised it was no big deal, "will come as a software update in a month, two months at most", but it never did come and now all the service desk says is, "don't hold your breath".
This is ridiculous, something that they provided in other parts of the world but not here in North America.
The Toyota App cuts out all the time or just doesn't connect at all. When you need it, it is often not connected and you have to pull over to try to connect it, if you are lost, or, probably, most people would try do so while driving. It's an accident waiting to happen. This never happens on our other Android Auto equipped vehicles.
