I bought the 2018 RAV4 brand new. A few weeks later after purchase, I notice dashboard rattles. These appear and disappear randomly. The dashboard rattles on the passenger side in the winter and on the driver side in summer. Both the driver and passenger doors also rattle in the summer, but tend to disappear in the winter. I also found that the ignition key is smooth while turning in the winter, but rough in the summer. There is something going on with temperature. I believe that this RAV4 made in Canada wasn't put together well. Maybe the Japanese version would have been trouble-free. I still have issues to this day.
