We recently bought a new 2017 Rav 4 in March 2017, it has stalled 3 times on different occasions already in the last 10 days. It stopped twice in the middle of the intersection and on the road. Safety hazard. Restarted again, it would only rev but not move. Took it to 2 different dealers (Attrell and Cambridge Toyota). Both sent back saying could not find problem and could not get diagnostic code! Attrell was a real pain as they did not have the device for diagnosing, but still ended up doing a service and changing oil and charging us for it! How can you say a service is complete when we've presented a problem that was not addressed! Was driving a few days later and it stalled and stopped in the middle of the road! Just dropped it off to another Toyota Dealer. Its frustrating, my time has been wasted and they could not fix it the first time! And they don't even give a loaner vehicle!! Have to waste my time and money renting another vehicle just to have each dealer say nothing is wrong with my vehicle? Do you want us to get into an accident to fix my car? Each Dealer has so many Demo models but cannot even give me a loaner so my long weekend does not get ruined with my family, or worse getting to work! If Toyota treats its customers this way, I will take my business elsewhere where I feel my time and loyalty is valued.
Disappointed.
