Both of my headlights burned out at the same time. Seriously, I was driving along with headlights one minute and the next I'm in pitch blackness! I was using my adaptive headlights on a curvy mountain road. With no warning at all, I just had no lights. It was horrifying! No brights, no low beams - nothing! I switched on the fog lights and was able to use those to get home, driving very slowly. You can watch my dash cam footage on you tube, either use the link with this post or type in 2017 Toyota Rav4 both headlights died at the same time. It's unbelievable. I thought this car was safe with all the features. I am so disappointed in my Rav4 and have zero confidence about making this drive again knowing now that this is a legit defect and will just happen to me again.
