The vehicle was taken to the koons Ford of baltimore dealer located at 6970 security blvd, woodlawn, md 21244, where the brake pads and brake rotors were replaced. The failure recurred and the vehicle vibrated much harder and was taken back to the same dealer who then replaced a piece of rubber around the brake pedal. The failure recurred. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was not provided.
