Toyota did recall on their 2016 Toyta RAV4 manufactured somewhere between March to April. My car missed the window by 2 days and I had painful long two years to get my car fixed for the brakes. Elmore Toyota had horrible customer service when it came to servicing my car and having the brake issue fixed. After almost 2 years they fixed my car once but barely a week after they fixed the brake booster/actuator brakes lost pressure again and again. I hate my car it causes me so much stress when I drive it and I have not driven since March. It affected my life so much I get paranoid whenever I'm behind a wheel now. Red Toyota Rav4 looks like a devil to me

I had les than a 1000 miles and my brakes pedal went all the way to the floor before stopping. This happen twice within five minutes.I took my car into Longo Toyota the following day, I test drove car with a technition named Shawn. Brakes worked fine. He assured me they would work on my car That day. I had to call for updates I was told by Jedediah Kerkho they were working on my car when I called. I also asked him to check nitrogen pump he said he would tell technition. I went back to Long Toyota later that evening to check mileage on my car and it was the same milage from after the test drive with Shawn. My car sat all day. They did not do anything to my auto. I talk to Ron M. that evening who did not even know about my car and he is a manager or has some authority. He could care less. Longo gives great speeches that they care about their customers but they don't. I was also told by another technition they would not release my car as this was a serous problem. The following day I called three numbers for an update one # went to voice mail and the other two were no answer. Then around 5:20 I received a voice mail from Ron stating everything they did to my car with enfaces on the mileage. He was trying to cover his *&%.The tech who took me to my car so I could check the mileage told him about the milage. I was ferious that the car sat all day no updates and they lied and said they were working on my car. I picked my car up on Saturday. I have driven it 100 miles brakes are working for now. Not sure if they did what they said I should inquire if they have cameras to verify if tires where removed and every detail Ron M.stated was done was the truth.
