I brought the 2016 Toyota Rav4..The first problem is the radio is all black no nothing coming up all you hear is a sound ..Second is the heater..When I turn it on you can hear the engine is a little loud and the steering wheel is vibrate and when you press the front heat on it kept ran to window heater..and my third problem is Manufacturer Defected on Trunk Hood..Can't open up..This is very frustrated..I drove to dealer 45 minute to get there the only things they can fixed is the radio they put the new one in..So they told me they will contact the Manufacture see what they can do about the trunk hood and the heater..My family and I owned toyota for the rest of our life this is the first time its happen..I don't think this is safe for me and my 18 yrs old daughter to driving..I brought the new car cause I don't want to deal with all the problem..I'm a single Mom I don't know how to fixed the car and my daughter is too young to understand about the car..We expected either they can exchange us the other car that has no problem with engine and many other things..or they gave us back the full refund of down payment and also the starter. So we can look for other car that is safe for us..
