I bought a used 2015 RAV4 that had the annoying brake clicking noise at low, and occasionally at high, speed. I've had some experience as a mechanic, and ultimately what worked after some trial and error, was taking the pads and calipers off, cleaning them up nicely, and putting a good quality ceramic brake lube on the contact points. I also removed the caliper guide pins and used a silicone lube on them. I think the pads slightly bind a bit to cause the noise, and lubing the contact points where the pad meets the caliper and the back of the pads silenced the noise.
Same issue of Mr. Sangamesh S. happened to me. I've purchased my Toyota in October 2015. I've started to hear a 'Noise' coming from the brakes during low speeds (less than 10 KM/H) . I went to the service centre and they checked this issue and replied this is a common issue in RAV4.
I've purchased my first Toyota in January 2015 and love it so far . However I've started begun to hear a 'Noise' coming from the brakes during low speeds (backing out of driveway and the like) I can only describe the noise as a 'clicking' or a faint 'knocking' . I went to the service centre and they checked this issue and replied this is a common issue in RAV4.
