I have never had a vehicle that the steering wheel color is fading away to white where you hold it. When you pay $30,000 for it must be a fault in the manufacturing process. I will see the dealer and ask what steps to take to fix the problem.
Update from Jun 18, 2015: Called Toyota Canada got a sorry if Dealer does not want to fix it not under warranty 6 month old car with 6000 kls and black steering wheel going white where you hold it. Not enough pigment in manufacturing process. They will see if more people come up with the same problem. Then maybe a fix. $30,000 unit and this is happening.
