Toyota claims RAV4 gets 24 MPG city but I get only 15 MPG. I'm not in heavy traffic where I idle and all my driving is 90% street with 10% highway Can't be lead foot since everything is a short distance (<5 miles). Still, I cannot accept Toyota having declared mileage as 24 MPG give or take 10 MPG.
