The contact owns a 2014 Toyota Rav4. The contact stated while driving 10 MPH, the infotainment system started to reset independently. The contact pulled over, turned off, and restarted the vehicle and the vehicle operated normally. The dealer was contacted and stated that there was no recall on the VIN for the failure. The manufacturer was contacted and also stated that there was no recall on the VIN for the failure. The failure mileage was 70,000.
