CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2013 RAV4's top complaint is that the navigation screen is impossible to see in direct sunlight.
While certainly an annoyance, it's not a big deal in the world of car problems. Luckily the fix is a $10 anti-glare screen cover.

I hadn't used my CD player that much, but was traveling on a long trip and brought along CDs. Put one of my favorite CDs in the player. It was working fine until I tried to eject it to put in another one. It would not eject. It just kept giving me an error message. I looked through my manual and also looked online for fixes. A lot of suggestions were to unhook my battery to reset it. When I got a new battery, I thought the problem would be gone, but my CD is still stuck. The last time I took my car in for service, I mentioned the problem and when they got back to me, they said they would have to replace my radio which was going to cost me over $1,000. It appeared when I did a search of this problem with Toyota Rav4s, there several people had the same problem. I'd say it is time for a recall. Toyota should have to foot the bill for this one. Explain yourself, Toyota!
