When I was having my brakes repaired I ask them to look at the rubber piece around my sunroof, the person service person said he would, but you know they didn't and when I went to pick up the car he was gone for the day. I'm getting tired of going to this particular dealers for repairs. I've own Toyota for 34 years and never gone through what I have with this dealership.
