When I took my 4 year car to the dealer they assured me that the car was fine and they were monitoring the issue. After constant complaints of asking them to change my engine, the dealer said it was not covered under warranty as I had missed 1 service!!! It took me months of complaining and they said they would do me the favour of changing it to a used one but had to pay $1700 for labour costs!!! I did and 2 months later I had the exact same issue so took it back and it took them months to find another used motor as they still refused to change it to a new one. So changed the motor for the third time and 2 months later I have the exact same issue!! I am furious to say the least and I hate the fact that big car companies like Toyota treat us customers as we are stupid and naive. Enough is enough... I have a nearly five year old car that is not reliable and not worth anything on the marked due to the oil issue....
