Filed complain to parts dept. 2nd day after picked up new vehicle. It was delayed for 2 months due to change of personnel in representatives. After field agent inspected vehicle, claim was denied for acceptable wrinkles and buckles on leather trimming. Finally I was told to go outside Toyota to seek legal complains. I did comparision with another new 2012 RAF4 in same showroom. The leather trimmings on that car was so much better than the one I bought. This the the worst experience I have had with Toyota. They are rude and stubborn to their customer for my complain. This is STAR TOYOTA in BAYSIDE QUEENS.
