The contact owns a 2011 Toyota Rav4. The contact stated that the turn signal would not stop illuminating after completing a turn. The vehicle was taken to a local mechanic, but was not repaired. The failure mileage was 4,000 and the current mileage was 71,000. Updated 8/29/11 the consumer stated the turn signals failed to cancel, once the turn was completed. Updated 09/21/11
