The sequence: while highway driving RAV4, I turned off the AC then executed a right-hand turn onto off-ramp. My foot on the accelerator pedal had cold water dripping onto it. On subsequent right-hand turns to my home, water continued to leak, approximately 1 cup water. Carpet is wet around accelerator pedal and brakes. This cannot be good for vehicle. Toyota always wants to do costly diagnostics when they probably could just tell me what is wrong.
