My 2009 Rav4 V6 Limited AWD has been in the shop three times over the past month with the same issue - water on the passenger floor board. First, dealer indicated the sun roof drain was clogged - cleaned it out. Second, dealer indicated cowl piece was not sealing - removed cowl piece, insulated upper seal with sealing foam and reinstalled pieced; replaced cabin filer, dried out evaporator box and used frig fresh for mildew . Third time, dealer couldn't find a leak. Floor mats were soaked after a rain. Dealer is now suggesting "it might be" the windshield cowl needs to be replaced for a cost of $550.00 part and labor. Seems high to me. Now I am very concerned about what damage might have already been done to the electrical components.
