Airbag light came on 12/10/2013. Called dealer to make appointment. Dealer hooked up scan tool ($65.00 for diagnosis) B1801 open in D squib. Diagnosed open in spiral cable. I declined repair since I did not have $ 511.00 too spare. I know that Toyota recalled certain 2007 RAV4 units, but service tech said mine was not among them.
