Toyota has no explanation for catastrophic failure in the HVAC system in this vehicle. Toyota of Cleveland said they have never seen or even heard of anything like this before in a Toyota. Two major components of the HVAC system failed in conjunction. Compressor and HVAC amplifier are VERY costly to replace. When the dealership has no answer for why two parts in the same working system failed together something is not right. The dealership wanted to charge for additional diagnostic repairs when I already knew what was not working. I was given the run around multiple times by multiple people.
