idle drops when brakes are applied on d & r

My car's idle drops to almost 500 and idles really bad when brakes are applied and to a complete stop and also happens on reverse. I have to let go of the pedal a little bit for the idle to go back up. Toyota told me to change my throttle body to fix the problem which i did, didn't fix the problem. Then they said it was caused by the mounts. They changed that too. Didn't fix the problem. They checked my car electronically for vacuum leaks, and per the technician, there's none. What else is causing this? The IAC valve is new since the throttle was changed. I don't know what else to do to fix this problem. My car never did this before. Tech said this was normal. I know for a fact it's not. They re calibrated the throttle and still didn't fix the problem. I need help.

Update from Jul 12, 2012: They replaced all the engine mounts and transmission mounts which helped a little bit, they said the mounts were cracked. After 6 years of owning the vehicle. But after they changed the mounts, i noticed there was a loud rattling noise coming from under the wheel area. I took my car back to toyota buena park and they all told me that it's normal dash rattle since my car is old. My car is only 6 yrs old. And this was coming from the service manager. I know my car and when there is something wrong. It sounded like metal to metal rattle. He still insisted it was dash plastic rattling. I spoke to their customer relations (wendy) and she addressed it to sean the service manager. He just said that i'm more than welcome to take my car somewhere else since i don't believe them. I did, it turned out that they didn't re-attach a piece of metal back and just stuck it behind another metal part that caused it to rattle when the engine shifts. Also, it explained why i felt my steering wheel was loose. How incompetent.
