I have a 2022 Prius Prime with 7,000 miles on it and when it was at the dealer they said I needed new tires! The Dunlop Energy Savers tires on the rear were worn down to 4/32 and the fronts were at 7/32. The service manager called Toyota and they don't warranty Tires on new cars. The manager then called Dunlop and got the same answer. The service manager told me to call Toyota and I did and they said the same thing. I cannot believe that Toyota or Dunlop won't honor the normal warranty that you get when you buy tires from a tire store! This is unbelievable and very poor customer service. WHAT DO YOU THINK?
