At above 30miles/hour, when moon roof is completely opened, a constant loud vibration comes from the roof.
Took to the dealership and they admitted it was a problem. Talked to Toyota corporation, they said it is normal, just to document it on their system. No fix or correction action provided. I told them it is a safety issue and they said it is normal.
