I was driving to get gas and I had enough to go another 50 miles. The car suddenly slows down and the steering becomes really hard to turn, so I pulled over to the curb. From there I couldn't start the car. I had to push my car home that was a 1/4 mile away from home. Its been in the driveway for about 10 days. I tried using the Obd2 computer to see what error code could come up and NO CODE showed up. The car doesn't even turn on to move it, it only turns on to auxiliary power. All the lights on the dashboard are on. If the error code doesn't show, I have no idea what to do. The dealer has told me that it was cost $125 to check to find out the issue. The if it is the EPS (Electronic Power Steering) my guess it is an electric component that would cost me over $600 dollars to have the dealer repair it.

The car is in the driveway and I have to tow the car to the dealer. Very nice for a 2 year old car. Thanks

What started as mildly annoying (Read Radio and Bluetooth randomly rebooting) turned into my entire car shutting off while I am in drive. I have had this happen at least three times now, and in one case, I had my small children in my car with me when we suddenly had to pull all the way over and brake with my emergency brake. I had already begun to bring my car in when the Bluetooth started to blip out at 16000 miles. That was back in March. Fast forward about 45 days, and I had the car suddenly turn off. Obviously, I called the dealership, who told me to bring it back in to diagnose it. They spent 8 HOURS with it- and then returned it only to tell me they couldn't duplicate the problem, and there were no codes!!! Oh, and the icing on this deathtrap cake? As soon as I hang a left hand turn to the red light at the corner that the dealership sits on... THE CAR SHUTS OFF! I called them, and they said that it wasn't at the dealership, so they can't do anything about it. To make note, I have also had random dinging alarms go off inside the car, my horn honks five times in a row, randomly, about once an hour all day long, and the front passenger seat belt warning goes off when no one is in the seat. Just tons of fun stuff of no major importance, right?
