Car would not start; warning message on dash said park car in level space, place in park, push brake pedal and press start button. Car would not shift into park, engine won't turn over. Instrument lights and dash display seemed to be OK but engine would not turn over!
Dealer has had the car for a week but has not been able to find the problem!! What recourse do I have if the dealer can't find the problem and what is a reasonable period for the dealer to find the fix. They claim they have been talking to Toyota Tech in California.
Who at Toyota should I contact if this issue is not resolved soon??
There is a lot of software associated with the Prius and I am curious as to how many problems have been software related??
