The vehicle was taken to parkway Toyota located at 50 sylvan ave, englewood cliffs, NJ 07632, to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that clockspring spiral cable needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 88,680. Consumer stated Prius was not part of the recall.
