2007 Prius has intermittent problems slipping out of gear, will not stay in forward or reverse. This has occurred twice after car had been sitting say a weekend and in hot 90F weather. Allowing the car to idle everything clears up making me think there is a low fluid level but this is not so. Have been reading forums and this is a big problem on 2007 and 2008 Prius' models. Do not see it on 2009 models so this leads me to believe there is a fix but have not found it yet. This is a safety issue in my mind, any suggested corrective actions?
