Our family met with an accident N Toyota Prius. The other car came and hit the driver door and the side airbag never deployed. The car door is completely damaged and the windows shattered.
Events: Accident. Severe rear end and front end impact. Hit by large box truck, spun around, hit again by same truck. Failure: No air bag deployment of any sort. Correction: Unknown. Automobile was a total loss.

While driving 35 mph, the vehicle was hit on the driver's side, damaging the front tire, the fire wall, and the driver's side door. The driver stated that it was a perpendicular hit.
