Vehicle has what I would describe as a "California Exhaust System". It probably will last 5 or 10 years in baby land California where nothing really ever challenges a vehicle. In the "rust belt" I doubt it will survive TWO years. Everything along the whole exhaust system corrodes very quickly and the material is thin and cheap. I had a Toyota exhaust system installed by the dealer that lasted about 2 years, before I noticed it was falling apart. The tail pipe is the first to rust and fall off. Then it rusts everywhere after that. O2 sensor cracked and had to be replaced (when new). When vehicle was very new, the header pipe cracked and a friend welded it up. It didn't look pretty, but it's held for many years now. Needless to say, removing and repairing a header pipe is a major pain.
