The seat heater on the driver's seat malfunctions and turns on by itself. It then remains on. Mine has been on for weeks. Since the car is just 200 miles past the warranty period Toyota won't cover it and wants $1,700 to repair. The only fix is to replace the center console.
This is a state of the art hydrogen fuel cell vehicle costing $60,000, and yet it suffers from a low end issue like a bad switch. I know of at least 16 other people who have experienced this issue. Toyota knows about this issue but won't issue a Technical Service Bulletin. I expect more from the flagship model of a company like Toyota.
