hard to access and install seats using child latch system

To my surprise, I cannot believe how Toyota dropped the ball with the accessibility of the child seat latches. I have owned a lot of Toyota's including Lexus's. I currently have 2 Lexus's and a Mirai. Neither Lexus is an issue installing car seats. However the Mirai is nearly impossible to install car seats. The main reason is because they buried behind the seat so you need to use a lot of strength to lift up the seat cushion and jam the latches in there. My wife cannot do it. She tried for 20 minutes one day and got so frustrated she broke out in tears. The other problem is the center counsel does not move so when my son does sit in a booster he cannot get his seat belt latched because you have to jam your hand into the gap to try and latch the belt. TOYOTA DOES NOT CARE. I have filed a lot of complaints and spoke to customer service. I begged them to help me out. They offered NO assistance. The only thing they told me is that if I wanted to lease or purchase another Toyota, they would give me a $1,500 Toyota loyalty discount. Well I just leased a $58,000 Toyota from them. I don't exactly have the money to go get another new car because the one they leased my doesn't function properly. There are a lot of other issues I have with this car but the main one deals with the car seats. Anyone who is a parent and has had small children should be able to understand how frustrating it is sometimes to have to install your car seats but when a car is designed so poorly, it's really maddening. I wish I could have tested it out when I went on my test drive but the salesperson barely let me drive it because he said they have so much demand for these vehicles they don't want customers driving it or doing to much to the cars. I strongly recommend staying away from the Mira if you plan on ever installing a car seat. You will lose your mind when you try to get in the car and start sweating because you need to use so much strength to get the latches in.
