Both models were a joint GM-Toyota venture, manufactured together at a NUMMI production facility in Fremont, CA. Only the heating & A/C systems are different.
this is the second time for the ABS motor to go in my 3 year old Matrix. she is a 2010. when I call them I get the run around why is it all way's something you did. number one been driving since I was 16 I'm now 56 never have I seen or heard of a ABS motor going and I just sold a 15 year old truck and nothing wrong with the ABS. so yes I'm pissed who can keep paying for a new part and all I get from them its not us its you. bull sh*t when you have another car that has problem with it's ABS motor
