On the day of the accident, my father was driving to work at 6:30 a.m. on the highway when he lost complete control of the car. he was driving at 55 mph when the car unexpectedly steered left of its own accord. The car jerked left, swiped the side of the highway wall, did a complete 360 degrees and then crashed against the highway wall. my mom wife was on the passenger seat when the accident occurred, and both occupants of the vehicle were utterly shaken by the incident.
I immediately called Toyota to report the incident and was issued a case number, as well as a case manager. The case manager, “Justin,†returned my call on April 1, 2010 only to inform me that an inspector will contact me within 10-14 business days from April 1st. Despite his foresight, it has been over two month now and still nobody has come to inspect the car.
I absolutely don't know what to do at this point hoping someone can help me.
